2. Everyone, reply to the individual writers' threads with comments on their writing, positive, with suggestions or everything in between. No drama, no excess bashing, especially on writer's personalities. Writers, remember this is about your writing, and not about you, and try not to take it too personally. (Some tips of concrit here.)
